Business Development Manager

We’re on the hunt for outgoing, charismatic rockstars to join us as Business Development Managers. No insurance license required—this is a pure relationship-building and networking role. You’ll be wining, dining, and entertaining key decision-makers in targeted sectors (hospitality, gyms, hotels, real estate, and more), turning connections into clients. We’ll handle the policy-writing; you focus on the fun part: opening doors and closing opportunities.
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll:
Get assigned a dedicated sector with high-potential targets (business owners, managers, and influencers).
Use your company expense card to take prospects out for lunches, coffees, sporting events, concerts, golf outings, spa days, or whatever creative experience builds rapport and trust.
Build genuine relationships that lead to qualified insurance opportunities.
Earn generous commissions every time one of your targets signs an insurance contract.
Work in a fun, high-energy environment where we’ll have multiple BDM’s covering different sectors, sharing wins and ideas.

Licensed Broker
Build your future with your license.
We’re seeking licensed Life/A&S and/or General Level 1 or 2 insurance brokers in Alberta and across Canada. This commission-based role is designed for independent professionals who thrive on autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to create a lasting impact.
As a Licensed Broker, you’ll:
Generate your own leads and build your own book of business.
Leverage our extensive range of insurance products to meet client needs.
Provide expert advice and write policies with confidence, supported by our digital tools and experienced network.
Enjoy unlimited commission potential and the freedom to shape your career.
Who You Are:
A licensed insurance professional with a Life/A&S or General Level 1 or 2 license.
Self-motivated, with a proven ability to network and close deals.
Passionate about helping clients protect what matters most.
