Client Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a charismatic, well-connected sales professional to join us as a Client Acquisition Specialist. No insurance license is required. This role is all about opening doors and building relationships. You bring in the clients, and our licensed brokers will handle the policy-writing process.
As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you’ll:
Engage warm, targeted leads and cultivate new ones through networking, social media, or community connections.
Use your charm and communication skills to spark interest and build trust with potential clients.
Pass qualified leads to our licensed brokers, earning generous commissions for every client who moves forward.

Licensed Broker
Build your future with your license.
We’re seeking licensed Life/A&S and/or General Level 1 or 2 insurance brokers in Alberta and across Canada. This commission-based role is designed for independent professionals who thrive on autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to create a lasting impact.
As a Licensed Broker, you’ll:
Generate your own leads and build your own book of business.
Leverage our extensive range of insurance products to meet client needs.
Provide expert advice and write policies with confidence, supported by our digital tools and experienced network.
Enjoy unlimited commission potential and the freedom to shape your career.
Who You Are:
A licensed insurance professional with a Life/A&S or General Level 1 or 2 license.
Self-motivated, with a proven ability to network and close deals.
