Advisor Disclosure to the Client

For life, accident & sickness, and investment products, insurance-related business is processed through HUB Financial Inc., a Managing General Agent (MGA). HUB Financial Inc. may pay, or direct the insurer to pay, bonuses on commissions earned from the sale of insurance products. These bonuses form part of the advisor’s overall compensation. The advisor retains full discretion in selecting insurers and is not pressured by HUB Financial Inc. to favour any company.

For Property & Casualty (general insurance) products, New World Agency Inc. does not directly hold contracts with general insurers. Property & Casualty insurance is placed through Broker Canada Insurance Group Ltd., under a producer contract held by Jason Staroszik.


Licensing & Qualifications

Insurance solutions offered through New World Agency Inc. are provided by Jason Staroszik,
who is individually licensed under the applicable provincial insurance regulators to provide Life and Accident & Sickness insurance.

General insurance services are offered by Jason Staroszik in a separate capacity through Broker Canada Insurance Group Ltd., under which all Property & Casualty insurance is placed.

Continuing Education

To maintain life, accident & sickness, and general insurance licenses, agents must complete mandatory continuing education. These requirements are met through approved industry seminars, training programs, and professional development courses.


Compensation – Monetary & Non-Monetary

Upon completion of an insurance transaction, the advisor is compensated by the insurer providing the product.

Compensation typically includes a sales commission based on a percentage of the premiums. Renewal or service commissions may also be paid while the policy remains in force.

Advisors may also be eligible for additional compensation, such as bonuses or non-monetary benefits (for example, travel incentives or seminars), depending on total business placed, persistency, and other factors determined by the insurer.

If a policy is cancelled within a specific period, commissions previously paid may be charged back.


Nature of the Relationship with Insurance Companies

No insurance company holds an ownership interest in New World Agency Inc., and New World Agency Inc. does not hold any ownership interest in any insurance company. Advisors act independently and are not employees of any insurer.

Conflicts of Interest & Outside Business Activities

New World Agency Inc. is required to disclose any interest that may prevent impartial advice. If an actual or potential conflict of interest becomes apparent, insureds will be notified immediately.

New World Agency Inc. does not engage in outside business activities that conflict with the distribution of insurance products.


Collection, Use & Access to Information

New World Agency Inc. collects financial, medical, and other personal information necessary to administer insurance products and services. This may include application information, insurer-generated information, and other details relevant to underwriting, servicing, or claims processing.

Information is collected to assess eligibility, meet regulatory and contractual obligations, and coordinate with insurers, paramedical providers, and other service organizations involved in issuing or maintaining coverage.

Insureds have the right to access the information held in their file, request corrections to inaccurate information, and request clarification regarding licensing, qualifications, insurer relationships, or compensation arrangements. Full transparency will be provided upon request.


Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) – Express Consent

Insureds consent to receive electronic communications from New World Agency Inc. regarding products and services that,may be of interest, as well as policy-related updates.

All insurance is placed through licensed Canadian carriers and is subject to underwriting approval.
