At New World Agency, we’re offering a exciting opportunity to join our team as a Client Acquisition Specialist. No insurance license is required. You’ll be the first point of contact—sparking interest, building trust, and connecting potential clients with the licensed brokers on our team who handle the quoting and advising.
You’ll receive warm, targeted leads and earn commission on every client who moves forward. Whether you’re networking in your community, reaching out through social media, or simply having conversations that matter—if you can start the dialogue, we’ll handle the rest.

Licensed Broker

New World Agency is actively looking for Life/A&S and/or General Level 1 or 2 license holders in Alberta and across Canada. This is a commission-based role designed for independent professionals who want flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build something meaningful.
We work with fully licensed brokers and provide access to a wide range of insurance products, digital tools, and an experienced support network to help you serve your clients with confidence.
